E-Z ON TOPS, INC. warrants all convertible tops, glass and plastic curtains to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at time of shipment from our factory.E-Z ON TOPS, INC. offers a sixty (60) month warranty on convertible tops. Hard glass and curtains and 12 months on associated products. If one of the products manufactured should fail or be unacceptable due to defects in the manufacturing, any and all adjustments will be made on a pro-rata basis from the time of installation. E-Z ON TOPS, INC. reserves the right to determine if a warranty claim is valid. We may insist the item be returned for examination. Any abuse, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or improper cleaning is the responsibility of the purchaser. All claims calculated from date of installation. Proof of purchase must be presented when claim is made. |
